How this website handles your information.
This notice covers the website: the contact form, the booking calendar and how the site runs. Privacy in coaching itself is discussed and agreed before coaching begins.
In short
- The contact form sends what you write to Formspree, a form service, which forwards it to Matt by email.
- The booking page embeds Google Calendar. Loading it connects your browser to Google, and Google handles any booking you make.
- This website’s own code doesn’t add analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cookies.
- Please don’t include health or other sensitive details in a website message.
The contact form
When you send a message, the details you enter (your name, email address, optional topic and message) are sent to Formspree. Formspree stores the submission in Matt’s Formspree account and emails it to matt@groundandhorizon.com.au. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to discuss any next steps you ask about.
Formspree may also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the form and filter spam. Its practices are described in the Formspree privacy policy.
Sending a message doesn’t add you to a mailing list.
Booking a discovery conversation
The booking page embeds Google Calendar’s appointment booking. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google to display the calendar, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
If you book, Google processes the details you enter, adds the appointment to Matt’s Google Calendar, creates a Google Meet link and sends confirmation and reminder emails. Matt can see the details you provide in the booking. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you’d rather not use Google Calendar, you can contact Matt to arrange a time another way.
Email and phone
If you email or phone Matt directly, your message and contact details are handled by the email and phone services involved, on both your side and Matt’s.
How the website runs
Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure the site. The website’s own code doesn’t add analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cookies.
Some pages link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Overseas processing
Formspree and Google may process or store information outside Australia.
